Совершенствование организационной структуры предприятия

Abstract

Актуальность темы работы очевидна, так как в условиях проведения рыночных реформ особое внимание стало уделяться вопросу повышения эффективности функционирования торговых предприятий, путем разработки рациональной организационной структуры предприятия. В выпускной квалификационной работе автором были изучены теоретические вопросы совершенствования организационной структуры, которые использовались в практической части. Практическая значимость работы состоит в том, что предлагаемый автором комплекс мероприятий по совершенствованию организационной структуры помогут повысить эффективность деятельности ООО «ЛАНА».
