Совершенствование работы торгово-оперативного персонала

Abstract

Целью работы является формирование комплекса мероприятий по совершенствованию труда торгово-оперативного персонала ООО «ДСН Телеком». Объект исследования - общество с ограниченной ответственность «ДСН Телеком», реализующее непродовольственные товары на товарном рынке Санкт-Петербурга. Решенные задачи: рассмотрены понятие и классификация трудового персонала торгового предприятия; проведен теоретический анализ организации труда торгово-оперативного персонала и методов управления персоналом на торговом предприятии; дана организационно-экономическую Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÑƒ ООО «ДСН Телеком»; осуществлен анализ работы торгово-оперативного персонала ООО «ДСН Телеком»; разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию работы торгово-оперативного персонала в ООО «ДСН Телеком».
