Abstract

Объектом исследования является деталь «Втулка», изготовленная из AISI-1070 (Ст. 65ГА) Цель работы: разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ и инструментальной оснастки для Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ штамповка детали "Втулка". Ð’ результате исследования были разработаны Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали «Втулка» методом Ñ Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ выдавливания. Смоделированы все Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ штамповки в программном комплексе Deform 3D. Выбрано потребное оборудование для выполнения Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹, предложены меры по автоматизации.
