Оценка эффективности деятельности органов внутреннего государственного финансового контроля

Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является выявление соответствия уровня профессионализма и компетентности государственных служащих на примере Комитета финансов Санкт-Петербурга и создание системы рекомендаций по совершенствованию профессиональных навыков и повышению уровня компетентности. Было дано определение профессионализма и компетенции и проведен анализ профессионализма и компетентности государственных служащих Комитета финансов Санкт-Петербурга. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию профессионализма государственных служащих Комитета Финансов Санкт-Петербурга, составлен портрет идеального профессионального государственного служащего, а также разработана программа совершенствования профессионализма и компетентности государственных служащих.
