Abstract

Объектом исследования выступают негосударственные пенсионные фонды. Цель работы заключается в разработке мер по совершенствованию деятельности Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÐ½ÑÐ¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ð½Ð´Ð¾Ð². Были проведены анализ нормативно-Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð², Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‹ государственной политики в сфере пенсионного регулирования, также общее состояние Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÐ½ÑÐ¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ð½Ð´Ð¾Ð². Ð’ процессе исследования проводился сравнительный анализ с другими странами. Осуществлен анализ Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ эффективности деятельности Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÐ½ÑÐ¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ð½Ð´Ð¾Ð². После выявления проблем были разработаны меры по улучшению деятельности Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÐ½ÑÐ¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ð½Ð´Ð¾Ð².
