Abstract

Ð’ работе проведен литературный обзор, в результате которого и выявлены особенности процесса изнашивания Ð·ÑƒÐ±Ñ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð°Ñ‡ внешнего цилиндрического зацепления с эвольвентным профилем, расчет Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² зацепления с основными Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ð¼Ð¸, описана расчетная методика на износ. Предложена методика определения интенсивности изнашивания передачи в Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ и Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ зацепления.
