Abstract

В ходе выпускной квалификационной работы выработана концепция CRM-системы с технологией распознавания лиц. Выполнен обзор известных CRM-систем и систем распознавания лиц. Исследованы методы распознавания лиц. Предложена новая сфера применения систем распознавания лиц. Создана схема работы разрабатываемой CRM-системы с технологией распознавания лиц. Описан подход, позволяющий анализировать черты лица человека и применять результаты анализа в CRM-системах в целях повышения результативности последних. Создан календарный план проекта, определены основные риски и рассчитана его экономическая составляющая. Управление проектом реализовано с помощью программы Microsoft Project.
