Бизнес-центр с кровлей оснащенной вентилируемой прослойкой

Abstract

В бакалаврской работе разработана проектная документация на возведение бизнес-центра Уникальностью объекта строительства стало применение воздушной прослойки кровли, адаптированной к конкретным климатическим, функциональным, конструктивным и архитектурным условиям. Применение воздушной прослойки в конструкции кровли является распространённой технологией улучшения теплотехнический свойств ограждающих конструкций, использующейся довольно давно и широко распространенной к примеру, в конструкции вентилируемых фасадов. Целью данной работы является оптимизация данной технологии в условиях комбинированной кровли, состоящей из соединенных наклонного и плоского участка. На основе полученных результатов даны рекомендации по проектированию и расчету вентилируемой прослойки для конструкции кровли, предусматривающей наличие одновременно и плоских и скатных элементов.
