Бизнес-центр с устройством зеленой кровли

Abstract

В данной выпускной бакалаврской квалификационной работе запроектирован бизнес-центр с подземной парковкой, рестораном на 120 мест и с устройством зеленой кровли, площадь которой 2500 м2. Согласно архитектурным решениям, более 90 процентов покрытия бизнес-центра устлано зеленой кровлей. Устройство зеленых насаждений на крышах зданий в настоящий момент очень прогрессивное направление, которое уже давно пользуется популярностью в густо застроенной Европе и только начинает зарождаться на территории России.
