Abstract

Целью работы является оптимизация режима ионного обмена в пластине стекла для формирования параболического распределения показателя преломления. Была произведено моделирование оптимального ионно-обменного режима для получения Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð· из стекла ТЛ. Проведенные расчеты доказывают, что полученные режимы могут обеспечить получение Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð°Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð´Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð· с поперечной сферической аберрацией порядка 4мкм.
