Abstract

Объект исследования - деталь «Штампованная заготовка крупногабаритной турбинной лопатки». Цель работы: исследование процесса коробления поковок турбинных лопаток из сплава ВТ6 после штамповки. В процессе работы изучена методика проектирования технологического процесса штамповки. Проведено компьютерное моделирование технологических операций горячей объемной штамповки в программном комплексе DEFORM-3D. Рассмотрено коробление турбинной лопатки после штамповки в разных средах охлаждения.
