Разработка Ð²Ð¾Ð»Ð¾ÐºÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð»Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² алюминий-полисульфон

Abstract

Проведен анализ научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ литературы по исследуемой теме, на основе которого обоснована актуальность работы и выбраны методы разработки и исследования создаваемого композиционного материала. Показаны пути повышения адгезионной прочности на границе алюминий-полисульфон методами Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ и ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ обработки Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ алюминия. Изготовлена серия образцов ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² с различным объемным содержанием компонентов. Подробно изучено и сопоставлено с теоретическими расчетами влияние объемной доли алюминия на прочностные Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ композиционного материала, такие как модуль упругости, предел прочности и ударная вязкость. Изготовлена серия образов с добавлением фуллереновой сажи. Исследовано влияния содержания фуллереновой сажи в композиционном материале на предел прочности и модуль упругости при испытании на 3-Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ изгиб.
