Abstract

Ð’ данной работе решается проблема получения легкоплавкого, прозрачного в инфракрасной области спектра, устойчивого к кристаллизации Ñ Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¾Ð³ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ стекла. Стеклообразование в системе S-Se Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ у Ð²ÑÐµÑ ÑÐ¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð², однако по причине неустойчивости практического значения эти стекла не имеют. Известно, что введение Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ p-элементов, как As, Sb, Bi (пниктогены) со ÑÑ Ð¾Ð¶Ð¸Ð¼ строением, но различным радиусом стабилизирует в разной степени аморфную структуру. Поэтому в данной работе исследовалось влияние введения Ð¼Ð°Ð»Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ†ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ As в стекла S-Se для создания ÑƒÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð¹Ñ‡Ð¸Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÑÐ¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ для исследования Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ»Ð¾Ð¼Ð»ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð½ÐµÑ€Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð².
