Abstract

Объект исследования: процесс горячей экструзии. Предмет исследования: математическое моделирование процесса горячей экструзии в программе Deform-3D. Бакалаврская выпускная работа состоит из введения, Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð³Ð»Ð°Ð² и заключения. Ð’ введении обосновывается актуальность выбранной темы, формулируется цель исследования, указывается объект и предмет исследования. Первая глава посвящена исследованию Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð², в ней раскрываются понятие и сущность получения Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¼Ð¾ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². Во второй главе ставится задача выполняемой работы в программном комплексе Deform-3D. Описывается какими параметрами апеллировали и какие возникают проблемы при моделировании горячей экструзии. Третья глава посвящена результатам исследований и Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑÑƒÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÐ¼. Заключение содержит основные выводы по проделанной работе. Даны рекомендации о методе получения ТЭМ при помощи горячей экструзии.
