Abstract

В работе рассмотрены вопросы моделирования электромагнитных процессов в системе ротора с клиньями, демпферной системой и бандажным кольцом турбогенератора при несимметричном режиме на основе конечно-элементного анализа. В работе рассмотрены этапы постановки задачи и особенности моделирования задач вихревых токов. На основе модели выполнено моделирование, анализ трёхмерного электромагнитного поля и распределения потерь в бочке ротора, в клиньях, в подбандажных сегментах и в бандажном кольце. Расчет потерь произведен при разных вариантах конструкции демпферной системы. Выполнен сравнительный анализ вариантов расчета.
