Параметры однослойного соленоидального индуктора, окруженного слоистой диэлектрической средой с комплексной проводимостью

Abstract

В данной работе количественно изучено влияние величины диэлектрического тонкого слоя, отделяющего однослойный соленоидальный индуктор от среды с комплексной проводимостью, на параметры индуктора. Это позволяет приблизить к реальности математические модели систем, в которых для возбуждения плазмы ВЧ разряда используются однослойные соленоидальные катушки.
