Проектирование установки использования Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² деревообрабатывающего предприятия в Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ тепловой энергии

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа бакалавра посвящена проектированию мини-ТЭЦ на отходах деревообрабатывающего предприятия. Проектируемый объект обладает тепловой мощностью 1 Гкал/ч и электрической мощностью 750 кВт. Тепло идет на нагрев сетевой воды для закрытой системы теплоснабжения. Электроэнергия идет как на собственные нужды предприятия, так и отдается в глобальную сеть. Проектируемая станция работает на принципе газификации твердого топлива. Получаемый газ сжигается в газодизельном генераторе, а тепло уходящих газов отводится в котле-утилизаторе к сетевой воде. На станции также предусмотрена система очистки и деаэрации сырой воды для подпитки сетевого водопровода.
