Abstract

К особенностям представленной к защите бакалаврской работы можно отнести следующее: удобные крупногабаритные квартиры улучшенной планировки; наличие квартир с Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð¼ на террасы ÑÐºÑÐ¿Ð»ÑƒÐ°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ»ÑŒ, а также саму эксплуатируемую кровлю; наличие зимнего сада на крыше здания; пристроенную подземную автоматизированную автостоянку на 190 автомобилей; разноэтажность здания, обусловленная расположением проектируемого объекта на границе Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¼Ð°Ð»Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐº; безопасная детская площадка, Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð°ÑÑÑ в изоляции от дороги. Ð’ результате работы были разработаны несколько разделов, в ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ñ рассчитывал конструктивные элементы, проверяя Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° прочность и устойчивость, подбирал Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ сечения Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ± для дренажной системы, системы водоснабжения, канализации, составлял локальную смету, подбирал Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ðµ количество ресурсов и составлял календарный план работ, разрабатывал раздел по пожарной безопасности, обеспечил безопасность при ведении ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚, а так же разрабатывал объемно-планировочные решения обеспечивающие доступ Ð¼Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð±Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿ населения к объекту.
