Оценка и перспективы развития розничной торговой сети

Abstract

Дана организационно-экономическая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° ГК «Дикси» (формат «у дома»). Проведен стратегический анализ деятельности компании, исследована коммерческая деятельность данного предприятия, определены негативные факторы, снижающие уровень конкурентоспособности. Составлен прогноз объема реализации на следующий период при помощи МНК. Разработан комплекс мероприятий, Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð° устранение Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼ в деятельности ГК «Дикси», сделан расчет затрат на Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ и проведено планирование Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ деятельности предприятия на следующий период с учетом внедрения разработок.
