Анализ рынка электронной торговли

Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО «Напитки». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является совершенствование деятельности ООО «Напитки» посредством внедрения онлайн торговли. На основе анализа результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности выделены основные негативные моменты в деятельности ООО «Напитки». Разработаны меры для повышения товарооборота и оптимизации издержек обращения при помощи открытия онлайн торговли на базе действующего магазина розничной торговли. Сделан прогноз доходов и расходов от внедрения мероприятия по внедрению онлайн торговли. Рассчитана рентабельность инвестиций. Внедрение онлайн торговли позволит увеличить товарооборот и прибыль организации.
