Оценка функциональной эффективности ограждающей конструкции плоской кровли

Abstract

В магистерской диссертации рассматривается вопрос оптимизации технико-экономических показателей проектирования, устройства и эксплуатации ограждающей конструкции вида «плоская кровля» зданий и сооружений. Цель работы - повышение функциональной эффективности ограждающей конструкции плоской кровли на основе оптимизации (совершенствования) технико-экономических показателей проектирования, устройства и эксплуатации ограждающей конструкции вида «плоская кровля». Актуальность работы обусловлена снижением функциональной эффективности (в формате дефектов и повреждений) конструктивных элементов (кровельного водоизоляционного ковра, утеплителя, пароизоляции), что является последствием проявлений соответствующих факторов: ошибок и неправильных действий при проектировании, устройстве и эксплуатации плоской кровли. Для комплексной оценки принимаемых конструктивных решений для ограждающей конструкции покрытия вида «плоская кровля» предложена концепция системной оценки параметров функциональной эффективности (определяющая эффективность для всего периода жизненного цикла рассматриваемого конструктивного элемента в составе цельной конструктивной системы строительного объекта).
