Автомат производства стентов

Abstract

Разработан автомат производства стентов. Для высокоточной резки Ñ‚Ð¾Ð½ÐºÐ¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ð¹ используется импульсный волоконный лазер. Заданная геометрия резки реализуется с помощью вращения и поступательного движения цангового патрона. Автомат оснащен автоматическим отделением, подачей, установкой и закреплением заготовок, предварительно Ð·Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð² магазин. Проведен обзор по основным методам и оборудованию современной резки и сварки Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð°Ñ‚ÑŽÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ð¹. Рассмотрены основные элементы ÐºÐ¾Ð¾Ñ€Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð² для современной лазерной резки. Определены основные способы производства Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð°Ñ‚ÑŽÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ð¹. Разработаны Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ и кинематическая ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ автоматического комплекса. Разработана принципиальная система управления автомата. Выполнен сборочный чертеж устройства. Построена анимированная модель работы автомата. Рассчитан привод подачи заготовок в патрон (привод толкателя). Определено максимально возможное усилие на обрабатываемую заготовку. Рассчитан привод зажима и разжима цанги.
