Автомат сборки Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑˆÐ¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ†ÐµÐ²

Abstract

Целью выпускной работы является разработка автомата по сборке шприцев. Для разработки конструкции в данной работе проведены аналитические обзоры различных способов сборки изделий, существующих вариантов поворотно-фиксирующих механизмов, различных захватных устройств манипуляторов и типовых манипуляторов. Определены параметры вибробункера. Из каталога Festo подобраны наиболее подходящие для решения поставленной задачи пневмоприводы, захватное устройство и поворотный стол. Также произведены расчеты, подтверждающие их работоспособность в заданных условиях. Разработана структурно-функциональная, кинематическая схема и схема управления, а также 3Dмодель, габаритный чертеж автомата, сборочный чертеж автомата и вибробункера и чертеж детали
