Abstract

Выпускная работа посвящена исследованию и разработке конвейерного автомата сборки клапана. Проведен литературный обзор Ð±Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð². Разработан Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс, составлена Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° процесса сборки изделия. Приведены структурно-функциональная и комбинированная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ конвейерного автомата. Разработана конструкция ленточного транспортера с электрическим приводом. Обоснован выбор и расположение Ð¾Ñ‚Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹, кинематические связи Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð² Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ†. Разработаны чертеж общего вида автомата, сборочный чертеж ленточного конвейера, рабочие чертежи Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¹.
