Внедрение струйной цифровой печати по гофрокартону на базе модернизации типографии "Литас+"

Abstract

Объектом исследования является полиграфическое предприятие ООО «Литас +». Цель работы - составление ряда рекомендаций по модернизации типографии «Литас +» путем внедрения струйной цифровой печати по гофрокартону. Задачи работы: проанализировать рынок полиграфии; предложить новую востребованную продукцию для производства; найти оборудование для возможности выпуска новой продукции. Ð’ процессе работы изучена Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° типографии ООО «Литас +», выпускаемая продукция и имеющееся на предприятии оборудование. Проанализирован рынок Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³. По его итогам выбраны новые предоставляемые услуги для предприятия, которые помогут привлечь Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². Для производства новой продукции подобрано оборудование для линии цифровой струйной печати с учетом Ð¿Ð¾ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¿ÐµÑ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð², выявлены оптимальные параметры для печати на гофрокартоне с различным требуемым качеством оттисков. Эта работа выполнена, чтобы предложить один из Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÑƒÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ модернизации типографии «Литас+» для комплексного обслуживания Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ клиентов и привлечения Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÐ°Ð·Ñ‡Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð².
