Abstract

Ð’ работе представлены результаты по определению Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð² Ð¿Ð¸Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð¶Ð¶ÐµÐ¹ рода Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Ð’ результате исследования дрожжей Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ и низового брожения определено количество Ð¶Ð¸Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ»ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ðº, жизнеспособность, газообразующая и флокуляционная способности.
