Abstract

В настоящей работе произведен расчет газотурбинной установки, а также модификация турбины путем сокращения количества ступеней и разработки рабочей лопатки первой ступени. Газодинамическом расчете газотурбинной установки мощностью 1600 кВт, был произведен на основе установки ГТГ-1600. Указанный расчет включает в себя: расчет тепловой схемы ГТУ, приближенный расчет осевого и центробежного компрессоров, газодинамический расчет газовой турбины, расчет закрутки потока последней ступени и приближенный расчет диффузора. Также был произведен прочностной расчет деталей рабочего колеса последней ступени, как наиболее нагруженной.
