Abstract

Ð’ данной работе произведен расчёт тепловой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ паротурбинной установки. Приведены результаты приближенного расчёта цилиндра низкого давления и его проточной части по среднему диаметру с подбором ее Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð². Изучена и применена методика оптимизации предпоследней ступени данного цилиндра. Выполнен газодинамический расчёт и построены треугольники скоростей и профили рабочей лопатки предпоследней ступени. Описана конструкция данной паротурбинной установки. Представлены результаты Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡Ñ‘Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² рабочей лопатки и диска предпоследней ступени. Осуществлён расчёт критической частоты вращения ротора. На основании Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡Ñ‘Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² была спроектирована рабочая лопатка предпоследней ступени цилиндра с его проточной частью.
