Газотурбинная установка для привода нагнетателя природного газа мощностью 16МВт

Abstract

Ð’ данной работе приведены результаты разработки газотурбинной установки на основе уже готового прототипа. Произведен расчёт тепловой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ газотурбинной установки. Приведены результаты вариантного расчёта газотурбинной установки на электронно-вычислительной машине. Выполнены газодинамические расчёты компрессора, камеры сгорания и турбины, а также построены треугольники скоростей и профили рабочей лопатки последней ступени турбины. Представлены результаты Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ‡Ñ‘Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² рабочей лопатки и диска последней ступени турбины. Осуществлён расчёт критической частоты вращения ротора. Ð’ дополнение к работе были построены профили рабочей лопатки последней ступени турбины в программе САПРЛВ, а также произведен анализ обтекания решетки Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ðº этой ступени.
