Методика определения движения райзерной системы

Abstract

Разработана методика восстановления формы райзера, подверженного нагрузкам от течения, волн и движения ППБУ при проведении работ на устье подводной скважины, и определения моментов, Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð² райзерной системе. Методика позволяет восстанавливать движение райзера по данным с небольшого количества датчиков, Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÑÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ и наклон. Разработана конечно-элементная упрощенная модель райзера. Произведены расчеты перемещений, моментов, ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‡Ð°ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‚ и ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ для упрощенной модели райзера и модели реальной райзерной системы, применяющейся при проведении подводно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ на устье скважины. Произведено сравнение результатов расчетов для Ð¾Ð±ÐµÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ и результатов восстановления, Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ помощью Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ðº. Решены вопросы Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ безопасности, проектирования производственной среды, Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‹ труда, промышленной санитарии, пожарной безопасности.
