Abstract

Цель работы состоит в разработке принципиальной схемы СВЧ- усилителя мощности диапазона 8-11 Гц. В ходе работы обоснованы и выбраны активные элементы усилителя, выбраны и рассчитаны источники питания, разработана принципиальная схема усилителя мощности, выбраны пассивные электронные компоненты (резисторы, конденсаторы), разъемы. С помощью программного приложения Microwave Office были рассчитаны СВЧ-элементы схем. По результатам работы специалисты предприятия ООО «Контур-НИИРС» создадут СВЧ-модуль усилителя мощности. Задание на выпускную квалификационную работу выполнено в полном объеме.
