Модернизация формирования оперативного плана производства "1С: MES" в ОАО "ЛЕНПОЛИГРАФМАШ"

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается система оперативного управления машиностроительным производством «1С: MES» и алгоритм формирования оперативного плана в области материального обеспечения производства, а также в отделе контроля качества. Изучена организационная структура холдинга и бизнес-процессы, нуждающиеся в модернизации. В рамках данной выпускной квалификационной работы была достигнута следующая цель: модернизация формирования оперативного плана производства «1С:MES» в производственном холдинге ОАО «ЛЕНПОЛИГРАФМАШ». Данные механизмы позволят предприятию улучшить точность планирования производства на уровне цеха, а также повысить темпы проверки контроля качества изготавливаемых деталей, сборок или готовых изделий.
