Разработка вариантов развития фирмы "ООО Трето" с использованием программного продукта Project Expert

Abstract

Целью, данной выпускной квалификационной работы является выбор альтернативного варианта развития фирмы. проведен анализ вариантов развития фирмы, выбран наиболее коммерчески эффективный проект. На основе сравнительного анализа была выбрана программа Project Expert 7. Было смоделировано три проекта в среде программы. Был проведён анализ показателей, чувствительности, эффективности, безубыточности, на основе ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¾ сравнение результатов и даны рекомендации. Выбор альтернативного варианта развития позволяет фирме укрепить свои позиции на игровом рынке, что так же способствует росту положительной репутации фирмы, увеличить прибыль и спрос на свою продукцию, снизить риск утраты актуальности фирмы в игровой индустрии.
