Синдицированное кредитование: особенности и риски

Abstract

Целью данной диссертационной работы является разработка эффективной методики и механизма предоставления синдицированного кредита, а также прирост знаний в данной области. Для достижения поставленной цели были проанализированы как история создания синдицированного кредита, так и нынешнее состояние рынка синдицирования в России. Выявлены действующие проблемы рынка и обозначены пути их решения, основываясь на зарубежный эффективный опыт применения данного продукта. Проведен сравнительный анализ синдицированного кредита с другими инструментами финансирования. Разработаны новые технологий предоставления и организации синдицированного кредита на начальном переговорном этапе, выстроен алгоритм формирования ценообразования, а также определены риски, которые ложатся на участников сделки. Результаты проделанной работы должны послужить увеличению объема финансирования с использованием синдицированного кредита, росту интереса к нему и увеличению количества высококвалифицированных специалистов в этой области.

The aim of this thesis is the development of effective methods and mechanism of the syndicated loan, as well as increase knowledge in this area. To achieve this goal we have been analyzed as the history of the syndicated loan and the current market situation in Russia syndication. Identified current problems of the market and are indicated ways of their solution, based on the foreign experience of effective use of this product. A comparative analysis of this product with other financing instruments. Development of new technologies and the organization of a syndicated loan at the initial stage of the negotiations, the algorithm built form of pricing, as well as on identified risks borne by the parties to the transaction. The results of this work should serve as an increase in funding with the syndicated loan, the growth of interest in him, the increase of highly qualified specialists in this field.
