Abstract

Изучена отечественная и зарубежная литература, посвященная физике газового разряда. Проведены экспериментальные исследования барьерного разряда в неоднородном и однородном электрическом поле при расстояниях между электродами от 100 мкм до 1000 мкм. Получены зависимости величин и параметров зарядов, амплитуд тока и длительностей процесса разряда от расстояния между электродами и емкостных характеристик (ε/h) барьера. Изучена структура накопленных зарядов и влияние барьеров на неё. Для исследуемых промежутков перенесенные заряды изменялись от долей до единиц нКл, значение амплитуд токов находилось в пределах от долей мА до десятых долей А, а длительность разряда варьировалась от 100 нс до десятков мкс.
