Abstract

Microsoft Visio.

Based on the analysis of various user-centered methodologies of product design and UX methods, the classification of UX methods was made, the definition of UX-design was given, UX stages were identified and UX-design matrix was made. As a result of the research the UX-design methodology was described. This methodology was adapted for use in innovation projects and criteria influencing on the content of methodology were identified. Novelty of basic provisions of the thesis is confirmed by analyses of scientific and methodical literature. There is an article in the press on the theme of the thesis. For design of the thesis Microsoft Visio software product was used.
