Abstract

The purpose of this final qualifying work is the analysis and subsequent assessment of the impact of the transport system of the Russian Arctic in the socio-economic condition of the region. It has been made a number of actions to achieve this goal. First, we have reviewed and described the key features of the research object, i.e. the Russian Arctic. After we reviewed and analyzed the transport system of Russia Arctic zone, namely its key performance indicators. Then we use factor mathematical methods, we figured out which metrics to a greater or lesser extent, affect the state of the transport system and the socio-economic status of the Arctic zone as a whole. On the basis of selected factors, trend models and regression equations, build predictive values of the indicators.
