Целью дипломной работы является разработка плана мероприятий по совершенствованию антикризисного управления ООО «Сказка». Для достижения данной цели были изучены теоретические основы антикризисного управления предприятием; проанализированно управление ООО «Сказка» и выявлены проблемы его деятельности; разработан план мероприятий по развитию антикризисного управления ООО «Сказка». Ð’ Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования работы был проведен SWOT-анализ, проведен анализ финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности, был разработан план мероприятий по развитию антикризисного управления. Данные предложения позволят повысить эффективность процесса антикризисного управления ООО "Сказка", а именно: обеспечить контроль над затратами, увеличить прибыль, усилить финансовую устойчивость предприятия, качественно улучшить процесс антикризисного управления.

The object of the research is of "Skazka". The main activity of the company is the carrying out of works on repair and modernization of electrical equipment. Objective: the Aim of the thesis is the development of an action plan for improving crisis management OOO "Skazka". To achieve this goal were studied theoretical foundations of crisis management; analyzed the management of OOO "Skazka" and problems of its activities; developed an action plan for the development of crisis management of OOO "Skazka". In the course of the research work has been carried out SWOT-analysis, analysis of financial and economic activities, was developed the plan of measures on development of crisis management. These proposals will improve the efficiency of the process of crisis management of OOO "Skazka", namely: to ensure control over costs, increase profitability, strengthen the financial stability of the enterprise, to improve the process of crisis management.
