Цель работы: иÑÑледование Ñлектронного парамагнитного резонанÑа и ÑопутÑтвующих Ñвлений в образцах HgSe:Co в диапазоне температур от 2.7 до 300 К при различных ориентациÑÑ… образцов в магнитном поле. Метод: Ñлектронный парамагнитный резонанÑ. Результаты: получены Ñпектры Ñлектронного парамагнитного резонанÑа и оÑциллÑций Шубникова - де Гааза; оценены Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†Ð¸ÐºÐ»Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ маÑÑÑ‹ и температуры Кюри, получены завиÑимоÑти g-фактора и намагниченноÑти образца от температуры. Определены Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÐµÐ¹ÑˆÐ¸Ñ… иÑÑледований.
Objective: a study of electron paramagnetic resonance and related phenomena in HgSe:Co samples in the temperature range from 2.7 to 300 K for the different orientations of the samples in a magnetic field. Methods: electron paramagnetic resonance. Results: the spectra of electron paramagnetic resonance and Shubnikov - de Haas oscillations were estimated; the values of the cyclotron mass and the Curie temperature were estimated, the temperature dependences of the g-factor and the magnetization were obtained. The direction for the future research was defined.
