Abstract

Master's thesis aims to develop a method to optimize the complex flow combined with the quarterly development of the city. The basis of developments laid the mathematical method of selection of the optimal sequence of construction projects. The results of the research was formed by optimization method based on minimizing downtime, brigades, construction time and financial resources. A calculation was made for the quarter to be built.
