Abstract

В данной бакалаврской работе представлен проект бизнес центра, размещаемого в бывшем здании морской тюрьмы 1832 года постройки, которое является частью ансамбля «Новая Голландия» в Санкт-Петербурге. Разработаны все разделы проектной документации, а также представлен расчет основных элементов здания, затрагиваемых реконструкцией: многослойной кирпичной кладки стен, кирпичных сводов различной конфигурации и вновь устраиваемых лифтовых шахт.
