Abstract

Ð’ работе рассмотрены теоретические основы мотивации и практические методы формирования системы мотивации и стимулирования персонала за рубежом. Описаны существующие теории, виды мотивации и способы стимулирования. Исследовано ПАО «Сбербанк», его положение на российском и Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ°Ñ . На основе Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ отделения ПАО «Сбербанк» проведен анализ кадровой структуры и изучены мотивационные инструменты, воздействующие на трудовую деятельность.

The work describes theoretical basics of motivation and practical methods of systems formation of motivation and stimulation of personnel abroad. The existing theories, types of motivation and ways of stimulation were considered. PJSC «Sberbank» was investigated, including its position on Russian and the international markets. Based on the additional data of PJSC «Sberbank», the analysis of staffing structure and influencing on work motivation tools was made.
