Abstract

На основе анализа показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации и управления персоналом показано, что на фоне положительной динамики в целом наблюдается снижение темпов роста выручки и прибыли. Это происходит из-за снижения эффективности управления персоналом, вызванного общей не удовлетворенностью персонала таким элементом управления персоналом, как мотивацией. Разработана программа мероприятий по совершенствованию управления персоналом. Проверка экономической и социальной эффективности показала целесообразность ее внедрения.

On the basis of the analysis of indicators of financial and economic activity of the organization and human resource management it is shown that against positive dynamics in general decrease in growth rates of revenue and profit is observed. It happens because of the decrease in effective management of personnel caused by the general not satisfaction of personnel with such element of human resource management as motivation. The program of actions for human resource management improvement is developed. Check of economic and social efficiency has shown expediency of her introduction.
