Abstract

Ð’ диссертации разработана организационно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ модель ритмичного строительства монолитного жилого дома. Данная модель разрабатывалась Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ из перспективности применения ритмичного строительства зданий. Для разработанной модели был составлен календарный план организации работ. Была определена надежность календарного плана методом статистического моделирования. Результаты исследования разработанной модели и оценки календарного плана позволяют повысить объективность надежности и эффективности проекта.

The author developed the organizational and technological model of rhythmic construction of monolithic apartment house. The model was developed based on the prospects of applying rhythmic construction of buildings. For the developed model was compiled calendar plan of work organization. Determined the reliability of the schedule by the method of statistical modeling. The research results of the developed model and evaluation plan calendar allow to increase the objectivity, reliability and efficiency of the project.
