Abstract

Работа посвящена углеродным нанотрубкам, получаемых с помощью метода каталитического химического осаждения из газовой фазы. Рассмотрен способ осаждения УНТ с катализатором в виде ферроцена и изопропиловым спиртом в качестве источника углерода. УНТ получены для разных условий осаждения при атмосферном давлении в реакторе.
