Abstract

Goal of the work is to assess the possibility of creating microwave unit of radiowave security detector for outdoor ares with using of modern element base, which works in openwide frequency range 5,725 - 5,875 GHz and provides technical project requirements. To achive this goal the structural scheme of microwave unt of detector was selected and justified, specifications was developed and also the simulation and calculation of principal schematic diagram were done using AWR Microwave Office (MWO). As a result the principal schematic diagram of microwave unt of detector was created. The task of final qualifying work carried out in full.
