Данная работа посвящена сотрудничеству России и Финляндии в области охраны окружающей среды. В ней рассматриваются глобальные экологические проблемы, их причины, а также мировое сотрудничество в рамках международных природоохранных организаций. Основной упор делается на анализе российско-финляндского партнерства в сфере экологии. Рассматривается природоохранная политика стран: освещаются положения основных документов, касающихся экологии, и их воплощение в жизнь, - а также анализируется экологическая обстановка государств. На основе общих экологических проблем стран выделяются главные направления сотрудничества. Обозначены области, в которых страны уже имеют тесные связи и осуществляют совместные проекты, и многообещающие направления экологического сотрудничества, которые могут стать ключевыми в будущем.

This work is dedicated to cooperation between Russia and Finland in the field of environmental protection. It addresses the global environmental problems, their causes, as well as international cooperation in the framework of international environmental organizations. The focus is on the analysis of the Russian-Finnish partnership in the field of ecology. In the work are considered environmental policies of countries: it reviews contents of key documents related to the environment and their implementation,- and the ecological situation of countries. On the basis of common environmental problems of the countries are highlighted the main areas of cooperation. Author marked areas, where countries already have close ties, and promising directions of environmental cooperation, which will emerge as key in the future.
