Целью работы является анализ состояния и перспектив развития малого бизнеса в торговле. Объектом исследования выступает оптовое торговое предприятие ООО «Ямал СПб». В ходе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические основы малого бизнеса, дана организационно-правовая характеристика ООО «Ямал СПб», проведен анализ перспектив развития торгового предприятия, разработаны рекомендации по развитию предприятия и выполнено экономическое обоснование проведение мероприятий.

The aim of this work is to analyze the status and prospects of development of small business in trade. The object of research is the wholesale trade company, OOO Yamal SPb". In the course of the study were considered theoretical bases of small businesses, given the legal characteristics of LLC "Yamal" SPb, the analysis of prospects of development of trade enterprises, developed recommendations for the development of enterprises and the economic rationale for activities.
