Ð’ первой главе дана Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° автотранспортного предприятия Открытого акционерного общества «СЕВЗАПЛОГИСТИК» (сокращенное название ОАО «СЗЛ»). Проведен анализ финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности предприятия с применением программного продукта «Финансовый анализ 3.0». Дана оценка финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Выявлено, что на предприятии назрела Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ в повышении эффективности деятельности предприятия на основе оптимизации затрат по доставке товара потребителю. Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические основы управления затратами предприятия. Третья глава посвящена разработке предложений по выбору алгоритма оптимизации логистики на предприятии ОАО «СЗЛ». Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономической эффективности предложений по оптимизации затрат предприятия.
