Objective: to determine the antiviral activity against influenza virus and the toxicity of the derivatives [2.2.1] -bicycloheptane.The research paper analyzes the 12 chemical compounds to determine their work against the flu virus, then held the definition of drug toxicity in relation to cell culture. The analysis of chemical structures and determining the effect of the compounds of structural formulas the level of activity and toxicity. The research is highly relevant at this time, the analysis of the literature data, representing the importance of the problem of finding new chemical compounds capable of effective antiviral use.
